Was very simple. Ask you some qualities about yourself and you say why you want to work with Tesco. They give you some scenarios of customer interactions and you tell them what you would do.

Asked good questions and everyone was friendly
Open happy interviewer just make sure you prepare with experience listed so you are ready for the interview questions and answer them well

It was a face to face interview with many behavioural based questions that asked about my experiences, problem solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability, and how I handle challenging situations in working environments.

Post online application, I was invited to interview. It turned out to be a group interview so I was invited into a room with other applicants where we were all asked questions and had to answer one by one
