Applied just over 2 weeks ago. Got a call at 9:15 asking to go in at 11. Group discussion where we spoke about ourselves and had to answer questions and then was called individually for our one to ones. Spent almost 2 hours there. Told about half and hour later that after "careful consideration" that I didn't get it.
