The interview process took 4 weeks. It had 4 stages. First is a phone call, followed by a technical screening, leadership interview, pair programming interview and system design interview. Pair programming is not complex, pretty easy and it is possible to finish in 1 hour. Requires regex knowledge like to filter phone number and e-mail. The interviewers from all the technical stages (technical screening, pair programming and system design) were a bit lost, they were put in the interview with no previous overview about the candidate, they didn't even know anything about me and they were not able to answer my questions about the team, or much detail about the code standard and some internal processes. Unfortunately the recruiter give you all attention during the recruitment, but if you don't get approved, they don't give you any feedback.
