J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (Dublin, Dublin) en avr. 2015
Entretien
I was called on a Tuesday and had the interview on a Wednesday. The interview was pretty standard, basic competency questions and really relaxed. I was quite annoyed because they didn't call me after the interview at all to let me know if I'd gotten it (obviously I didn't.) It still would've been the professional thing to do, especially since there was only a couple people called for the interview. I was interviewed by two different managers and they were both nice. They were able to have a laugh with me which helped me feel more relaxed.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years, sell yourself in 30 seconds-1 minute, name a time you had to make an important decision, a time when you went above and beyond for a customer, a time when you broke a rule, why should I hire you?

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
