The interview process was good, very simple straightforward. They just ask some generic questions and ask you about some scenarios like how did you deal with a challenge you faced etc.
Tesco interview is a friendly, straightforward conversation focused on customer service and teamwork. Hiring managers typically ask scenario-based questions to assess how you handle fast-paced retail environments. Okay if slightly easy overall.

Straight forward enough. Just a bit of a chat with store manager. Lasted about 20 mins or so. Had a look round the store and I asked about what the shifts were and if I could do part time to fit round school.
