Shared right to work documents with the two managers, then there was a short interview with some open ended questions. This was followed by 15 minutes on the floor with a current staff member. They were all very friendly. This finished with 5 minute chat after and an opportunity to ask any additional questions
Via telephone - questions regarding availability, previous related experience, preferences for hours to work, skills and habits including hobbies and interests that may relate/ support role, scenario based questions to gauge personality/ process/ understanding of policies and procedures, etc,

Had a quick chat with duty night manager, very simple easy questions then a 30 minute work trial on the shop floor. Applied online through Tesco career website and Tesco scenario questionnaire.
