applied online and got a call back a few days later. there were a few questions to answer on the company website. had to do a group task as well as some practice on the shop floor

Interviewers were nice, was quite formal, a lot of time was spent doing paperwork etc, spent some time packing bags in the shop after interview as a taster, the people were pleasant

Long enough but comfortable, don't worry wear decent clothes, I've seen ones in trackies.
There's two managers that take you one write down and the other asking questions, think about what you need to say and condense it.
