interview process was actually pretty chill, I got my slot over the phone, when I got there I was taken to a random room in admin and I had a nice chat with my interviewr, she was very nice and friendly, and eventually we got to the performance based questions. asked me about customer care and problem solving, stress levels etc.

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
