I went in and signed in at the customer service desk, the manager soon came out and took me to the office where we had an interview. Lots of "Tell me a time when" questions, she also questioned why I have a degree in something, not business or retail related (My field is Zoology). It was a bit awkward, not as friendly as my last interview at Tesco that was successful - I just don't think me and the manager vibes together but she was nice enough.

A straightforward interview. I was asked about a time I went above and beyond for a customer, and a time when I was able to demonstrate empathy. It probably lasted under fifteen minutes.

Entretien
Quick and easy interview process. They asked a few questions from a form. Was interviewed at the same time as someone else which was a bit weird. Was more like a chat to be honest and then was phoned quickly after the interview.
A bit overkill for the job. 2 managers interviewed in person. Several competence based questions. "Describe a time where you overcame difficulty" etc. I was offered a place by phone a few days later.
