Interviewed with 6 other people, then had to complete a group task which involved creating a tower with just spaghetti and marshmallows - interviewer was assessing to see how well we worked as part of a team. We were then called back into the room individually where I was asked about availability and also document confirmation. I then got a text a day later asking if I'd go in the following day for a work trial. A week later I got an email saying that I was unsuccessful.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
