Entretien
Applied online and got a call asking for a face to face interview within a few days. The interview took around 20 minutes, which was then followed by a tour of the store during which I was told I would be scored on my interaction with customers, such as smiling at them. After this, I was told before I left the interview room that I had got the job and was asked when I was available to work.

very relaxed and asked basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked as a team etc. Then talked about availability, training and induction.
Quite unorganised. They didn't seem to care when interviewing me. Couldn't find the person who was supposed to interview me. It seemed like they had already made their mind up before it even started.

Entretien
The person who was meant to interview me at 10am was made to work until 5am the previous night so the interview had to be rescheduled to later in the day after I made it to the store.
