Simple Interview, standard questions in a booklet asked my a line manager. Applied online and got a call about a week later asking to come in for an interview. Basic competency questions asked in the interview and then received a call a week later saying I had the job and a date to come in for induction training.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
