J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (North East) en janv. 2017
Entretien
Applied online and two days later was invited to interview, went along for a 1-1 with store manager which was really pleasant. Discussed experience and skilled based questions and talked of availability etc. Said I would find out the following evening and heard nothing, waited for almost a week so presumed I didn't get it and then got a phone call saying that interviews were still ongoing and they would be in contact soon, fast forward almost another week with no word (again presumed I had not got it) then got a phone call offering me a 11 hour contract (6 hpw less than advertised) to which I refused. Mainly because I had interviewed with another supermarket earlier in the week who were far more proactive in their recruitment and called me within two days to offer me a 20 hpw contract.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
