Entretien
First part of the interview, having been invited to join them for a day, after applying on line, was with one of their assessors taking you on a drive around the city of Lichfield. Upon their recommendation you were then invited into an interview with one of the transport managers. This was very relaxed and informal. The manager would then tell you wether or not you would likely, or not, be invited to join the company.

3 hour interview unpaid at 5 o'clock in the morning. They over interview so little chance at a job at the end of it. Complete waste of my time !!!!! Overall it seems very favoured I have a disability but they didn't even ask what it was

All automated, you might get a follow up call with random questions, but in the all very easy. It was more of an informal conversation than an indepth interview, lasted probably no more than 15mins.
