online application, some questions quite difficult, failed once before. Interview was quite informal and interviewers wanted you to do well. ALL in all very smooth process, and good place to work.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
