applied online and answered a questionnaire. When successful I was sent an email to arrange an interview. When I arrived the interviewer was very friendly and asked questions you would presume to come up, pretty straight forward. Asked about holidays and availability etc, and then I got to work on the shop floor for about 20 mins with other staff members. Got a call about a week later saying I was successful and I got invited to a group induction.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
