J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (Redditch, Angleterre) en mai 2017
Entretien
I applied online at Tesco.com. I filled in a questionnaire and was told I passed the questionnaire. I waited a month until I heard anything from Tesco! Someone from the store I applied to work at contacted me asking for an interview for the following day - so I agreed and went in. I was greeted by the Duty Manager who was very friendly! We spoke for around an hour and he asked me a few competency based questions. I was told I will hear from Tesco within a week, to which I did. I was offered a job in the Deli section (I didn't want to work there but I'm not that bothered) and went to an induction today. It lasted from 9 to 5 and we spoke about health and safety in the store, what Tesco expects from us, their values, etc! It dragged a bit but I'm glad it's over!

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
