Entretien
Applied for customer assistant online and got a phone call 2 days later with a time for interview. Arrived at tesco and went to the customer service desk, got taken upstairs and got asked to wait in the staff room for my interviewer. My interview took my into the interview room and she couldn't of been nicer. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She read over my CV and asked me to fill out a health questionnaire and availability forms, she then described the job which I was then told would be Checkout assistant. Basic questions (tell me a time when...). After the questions she then told me about the rate of pay, what would happen at the induction etc. I got offered the job then and there and she says she would contact me with a date for my induction. Always remember to smile and be yourself.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
