Group Interview. Filled in work availability to start. Group chat about why you want to work for Tesco, chat about yourself and what you have done, followed by a 10 minute taster experience on the shop floor. Interviewers were nice.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
