relaxed, comfortable, not worth stressing over! Group interviews with a couple other people. Have to do a team building exercise so they can see your communication skills. Also have to fill out forms, saying what hours you are able to work and which other postitions you would like to take at Tesco, e.g. F&F, electrical so they can find an opportunity for you.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
