Completing an online assessment and achieving above the pass mark.
Then I was invited to an interview in the store by 2 line managers.
Then had to pack bags for customers for 15 minutes.

i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.

straight forward, in person interview. invited to a discovery day, a few weeks to hear any call back or feedback but in the end they will end up a hiring internally unfortunately.
easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to
