Applied online, got a phone call to come in for an interview. Arrived for the interview which took around 30-45 minutes overall. Then went out onto the department to have a look around and meet other employees. Once I passed that stage I was invited back to show them how I'd sell to customers by roleplaying with the other employees and showing them my knowledge. Also did some traffic stopping, until I was called once again that Ive got the job
