Interview was 1:1 and was 2 hours long did a half hour work sample the interview itself was great was nervous and messed up a few times though. Overall it's one of if not the best interview iv had got introduced to a few staff members all were really friendly. Had interview on Friday got the job Monday done induction by Wednesday and done my first shift the following Friday.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
