Took about 2 weeks. Got a call the same day with a job offer, they are quite often desperate for staff, so even sub-par answers will get you the job. The interview questions are mainly competency based; so in the format of 'tell me about a time when you....'

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
