I had four one hour interviews with range of stakeholders including more than one director. The recruiter was very efficient and hiring process more professional than the reality of day to work in the business.

Very aggressive style of questioning over the telephone. No greeting - jumped straight into grilling. Harsh tone. Did not engage in conversation or dialogue or respond to my answers. Interviewer was very matter of fact and moved straight on to next question after I finished answering.
