Very fast and easy and heard back very soon which was good. Only thing was the contract I applied for was different to what they had, which was ok but may confuse a few people.

i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.

straight forward, in person interview. invited to a discovery day, a few weeks to hear any call back or feedback but in the end they will end up a hiring internally unfortunately.
easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to
