I am from Oracle database, 1st round - Technical round for 40min on March 1st.
On 2nd March asked to upload documents.
Later on 17th March documents verified and status is in evaluation in progress.
On March 21st status changed to Evaluated.
Waiting for offer letter.

Recruiter called from naukri profile, hiring for a different client on contract basis. Ideally 3 rounds two technical and one managerial. They had scheduled interviews back to back for all candidates and interviewer was in a hurry

The interview process was not clear and very unstructured. They had not even given a Job description to me. Very hard to follow up with the teams too . Not sure how they are able to manage all there teams in such chaos

They started in the mentioned timing. It Was well arranged and handled good. Candidates are allotted to interviewer not much waiting time. Once selected they are immediately sent to the management round.
