The whole process was very smooth and easy to track. The interviewers were very pleasant and welcoming. It was the best interview I have ever given. The process started with an aptitute test which was a bit higher on the difficulty side. After which there was a group discussion round. After clearing the GD round, we had our personal interviews scheduled. Every instructions was provided by TCS in details. The on-boarding process might take a little longer time than expected. But it is worth waiting for.

They gave a case study regarding employee motivation and retention specially during overtime and overload of work.

The panel had 3 members. I was asked mostly about on my internship experience. Questions about your specialization are pretty common. They don't expect you to know everything as it's an entry level job but you must be confident when you answer. The interview was going on for 10 minutes maybe and they were really good.

Business Aptitude test, after that if cleared, they will mail nd invite for interview. It comprises of managerial, Tr and hr round all in one, and mostly they will ask deep dive into your resume, current affairs and technical questions related to the skills.

Situational Questions: These gauge your problem-solving skills.

"Why Us" Questions: These check your motivation and fit.
"Why are you interested in a management trainee role specifically at our company?"
