I went through all the rounds and got selected for TCS Hyderabad but the Project Manager told like I will be on the bench initially and once the client requirement opens I would have an interview again. I was ok with all that but after 2 weeks also HR was not discussing anything of my CTC. Later on, the HR sent an email stating they "Due to unforeseen issues ,we had to take back our decision on your hiring".
How can we expect this kind of reason from a company like TCS. I would like to escalate this but not sure whom to approach on this.

it was a medium level difficulty interview. interviewers were polite and decent. it was a good experience. good choice for the people who want good work life balance and decent pay.

It was smooth one technical round and managerial round followed by HR round.
Difficulty of technical round was Average and in all the round panels was polite.
But due to salary disagreement, It didn't workout.
