I have attended the Technical Interview today with TCS and am very disappointed with the standard of interview scheduled. None of the questions were asked from the provided JD and the questions related to the topics interviewed are obsolete and no longer used in real time scenario's. I have wasted an entire day and this was not at all expected. Please send genuine JDs henceforth which suits the requirement in order to place the candidate for the interview accordingly.

Received an offer letter and completed the required onboarding steps, but the process lacked transparency. After significant delays, I was informed that the project was no longer available, creating uncertainty and making career planning difficult. My advice to future candidates is to keep other opportunities open until you receive a confirmed joining date and complete onboarding.
