I applied in one of the off-campus job openings recently. The interview process is fairly simple. The first step is an online test based on aptitude, reasoning, and English. The questions are of moderate difficulty. You have to report at a TCS Ion Zone or a campus dedicated to online tests. the second phase is face to face interview with a panel of 2 or 3 members. In my case, there were 2 technical interviewers and one from Hr. They ask fairly simple and core questions about programming languages of your like and Hr guy repeat universally known questions about your personal life achievements, hobbies, etc. The interview lasts about 15 minutes and you can leave as soon as you're finished. Basic knowledge and a positive attitude help in your favor.
