Four rounds were conducted:-
1) Formal Letter Writing
2) Online Aptitude Test - 20 Min with avg to hard questions and marks respective to difficulty level. Sample paper are available on next step portal registration site with complete details.
3)Technical interview - basic question about your stream and ask to code if your from computer science background.
4)HR Round

Entretien
Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
