There is only one level of interview for non-IT experienced candidates, and the interview process is quite lenient. However, the challenging part is the documentation, as the background verification (BGV) is very strict. When I worked there, they conducted two background verifications for me—one by TCS and another by the client. This is not the case for all clients, though; only some clients require an additional BGV. The worst part was the onboarding timeline. I attended and cleared the interview in February 2024, but I was onboarded only in May 2024.

Interview process was not difficult. I was appointed for Accounts Payable domain as Senior Process Associate. They asked me regarding my previous work experience and basics of AP. Prepare journal entries and if you're experienced then do elaborate about your work experience.
