Interview process was avadate includes 1 Technical, 1 Manager and 1 HR. The salary discussion is done and am still waiting for the final offer to recieve. Am following up with the recruiter and HR team but they seem to be very busy and not responding.

Interview process was 1 screening call with HR, 1 x 30 min interview with team, 1 x 30 min interview with the Director. Very light touch, no deep dive into capabilities, no case study. Very engaged in the beginning of the process but at the end they stopped responding although I chased a few times for feedback or just an official rejection. Very unprofessional to "ghost" candidates - esp. those who reached the last round.
