They will require you to open up a hangout or skype account. You will have a conversation over whichever you choose and it will be like an interview with questions and they tell you about the company. Afterwards they'll score you and tell you if you've been hired.

It was a great interview actually, but sadly they only choose employee from some region only, i've been in the interview but they didnt checked my country/region so i lost just because i didnt live there, which actually its a remote job

My meeting with the interviewer was very thorough, informative and pleasant. I was asked to discuss in detail my prior job experience as well as what I liked best and what I liked the least about my current position. They asked why I was leaving and I answered that my company was moving their office to Killeen and that I preferred to find a new position that would continue to allow me to avoid that commute and continue working close to my home in Temple.
