it's customer service company and it's great place to practice your Englsih.
the company offers group insurance which is good but it is very difficult to get clear information on how to take advantage of the insurance program
Private health insurance after 3 months of full time employment. Employees get achievers point based on performance to redeem it for gift cards or movie tickets and a lot more options. During new challenge periods at work , employees get gift cards/ gifts.
Dental, Drugs and other things
Very generous and people oriented (especially Mother’s and individuals with responsibilities). Offer work life balance. Very fair HR benefits esp in terms of tools and training for career development.
Pays the bill. Not an excellent package
There was a hint at a benefits package during the onboarding process, but it was never even talked about during training. We moved on to our nesting with NO further details about those supposed benefits.
