After filling out the application online, I was called in for an interview a few days later. The first part was a basic skills test, that anyone with entry-level PC knowledge and the ability to type 15+ words per minuet can pass. Next was a face to face interview, where a floor supervisor asks you the usual questions. Nothing unexpected or original. When I did an interview for a Fast Food job in High School it was the same basic questions. After that they send you to a drug screening and if that comes back clean you are hired and they give you a date to show up for oreintation (mine was over a month away).

The interview was great and all. Everyone was nice and the host was nice as well. They asked questions and asked if I had experience in thing that dealt with customer service. I didn't have any, but it was very, VERY disappointing how they still invited me to an interview and knew what I put on my application. How can you even still invite someone for an interview knowing they don't have experience? On top of that, I feel like they should try to at least consider people who never worked before plus they even had training. I was very highly disappointed on how they were. I also wanted part-time because I am a college student. Another thing was right after the interview I got an email basically saying my background and experience wasn't strong enough. Again, it was a horrible experience. How can they just now be seeing the application.
