The process was lengthy compared to the gravity / difficulty of the questions that were asked. The wait time was long and the first evaluation was to check the typing skills, followed by a general understanding of Canada's geography. I was introduced to the recruiter only after clearing this stage and the discussion with the recruiter lasted only 10 mins, which encompassed questions like my status in Canada, if i was available to work starting from Sunday to Saturday between 7 am to 12 am and how soon could i join the team - once answered, I was told I was hired and need to come in again the next day to documents. The lack of questions being asked about my previous experience is something that upset me, but i was happy to land a job - as it is my first role here in Montreal, QC. All in all the process was easy, just too long.
