The interview process began with a short Zoom screening with the HR representative. Later that day, the branch manager called to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview was fair and included some behavioral questions as well as questions about my resume. The interviewer was nice and friendly, which made the experience comfortable.

One question they asked me was how I deal with stress, especially in situations where a coworker might be slowing things down and customers are getting impatient.

Entretien
I was contacted promptly by the recruiter for an introductory call/interview within a few days of applying. The following week, an in-branch interview was scheduled with both the Branch Manager and the Assistant Manager.
