I applied online. First up was a screening call with the HR representative for the position, then after that stage a Teams meeting with the hiring manager and a couple others, and then finally an in-person interview with a technical assessment. Two weeks after the interview they decided not to go with any of the candidates and re-posted the position, and to date have ignored my requests for feedback.
