Primarily asked STAR format questions in addition to Strengths, weaknesses, career goals. STAR questions consisted of describing scenarios where you resolved conflicts, displayed acts of leadership, and how are you able to manage your time and meet deadlines.

Q: Name and describe a time where you had to resolve a conflict between yourself and a manager
The interview process includes Case Study Questions, behavior questions, and some technical questions. It wasn't easy and had many parts to each question. I would recommend taking a couple hours studying.
They first started with a Phone interview which was 15 minutes. Asked basic questions like why did you apply for this role, and asked for the best customer service time, then got invited for in person interview 1.5 hours. Said it was one round only.

1. phone interview- BQ questions 2. team member interview-technical +BQ 3. Manager interview-technical + BQ almost basic questions and hiring managers are quite nice. communication is more important. Provide examples when you answer the questions.
