First, had a 10 minute phone interview with a HR rep who was not familiar with teller roles. Asked the procedure of my last job if a drawer would not balance, tell me a time you dealt with a difficult customer, and describe a time you provided great customer service. Attended a job fair for second interview a week and a half later, brought into a room for one on one with store manager. Asked me to describe myself and experience, otherwise not specific questions like over the phone. Mostly chatted for a while about banking industry and culture. Be sure to know a few facts about the company. Got a verbal offer on the spot and written offer the following week.

Question 1
What was the procedure of your last job if a drawer did not balance?
So far in the first stages of the hiring process. Submitted application last week and within days got a message from the hiring manager (I suspect) asking for availability for a 30min video interview. A bit informal of an approach as I usually get reached out via email or phone call with more instruction on what to expect.
Was very straightforward, make sure to remain calm. Answer confidently and be honest. Try to know some fun facts about the company; they love it when you are knowledgeable and know about where you want to work. It shows that you are interested and that it's not just another job.

I applied online and got an online interview with the district manager. Next, I had an interview at the specific location. I was not told it was a panel interview and the 3 managers were very unprofessional. They asked inappropriate questions, changed the question after my response, and it was overall a very toxic/humiliating one hour interview.
