It was pretty typical of a customer service interview. How are you with people..describe yourself in a tough situation..how would you describe how you handled a difficult customer...what is important when dealing with people, what's your problem resolution process, how do you encourage your team mates, what would you do in a scenario where you know someone is doing something wrong and it affects the organization, etc...
Two people interviewed - a Senior Manager and Team manager. One read from a list of questions about scenarios as mentioned above, the other wanted to see how I responded to the questions and asked questions in between based on my answers.

How did you calm down a difficult situation with an upset customer?
I was selected for a skills based test, then I was called for a telephone interview first , then physical interview consisting of a panel of managers. Interview was about 45 minutes long.

Customer-focused with behavioural questions nothing technical or difficult just be confident and show interest. I am still not at 30 words I am just trying to fill in as much as I can now as there is not much more for me to add to this

Tell me a time you had to balance two tasks at the same time?
It takes several steps. First, there was a simulation and a personality test. Then, you received a phone call interview which last about 30mins. After that, there was a video interview with managers. Most of the questions are behaviour questions.
