Having good people skills is the most important part, customers first, they train you on process, policy and procedure, they want long term employees and to help them move up.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
