There were three rounds of interviews, a test, a phone interview, and an interview with the manager. Generally, it helps to have a few stories about the customer experience. For multilingual jobs, there is a language test in the final interview.

Only one round with a recruiter. I was asked some technical and behavioural questions particularly about the position. Whole process was so smooth and HR responded quickly. Overall experience was excellent.
