J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD en oct. 2019
Entretien
I applied for two CEA positions online. I completed the long survey but never heard back. I was scared that I did not pass the quiz so I dropped off my resume and met the manager at both the branches. Both of them said they would reach out to HR to see how my application was going and get back to me. One of the branch managers emailed me to come in for an interview. It was quick and pretty informal, she asked me about my sales skills. There were a few behavioural questions and personality ones to see if I was receptive to feedback. Altogether, it took about 4 weeks from the day I applied online to the day I heard back from the Branch Manager.

Question 1
Why I wanted to work there and if I saw a future there (ex. becoming an advisor or moving into management)
Received initial email about availabilities and locations. After three weeks, I received the first interview with HR (one hour), followed by another HR interview few days after (30 minutes). Both formats are similar.

Question 1
- basic yes/no eligibility questions
- why TD
- why this role
- customer service experiences
- behavioural questions
There were 2 interviews with the HR tram. The process was smooth, the questions were normal (no wierd ones), and the recruiters were very professional and welcoming. Based on the interviews only I felt like 'Yes, I would want to work with this type of people, with this type of culture.'

Multiple Interviews to be waitlisted. Then ghosted. Did not contact me to tell me I was no longer waitlisted. Told me I could wait for up to a year for an opening. Nobody is going to wait that long.
