I have 2 HR phone interview, each one is around 20minutes. then I passed the online assessment. I was told to do the branch in-person interview within one week, interviewed with the branch manager and manager finance service, the interview is over 1 hour. Then I received FA offer within one week.
Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
