Attended job fair in their Corporate Office in Markham. Submitted CV and waited for my name to be called. Then there was a one to one interview. There were many people there. At least a few hundred. If you have been working in the customer service industry, I think you would ace the interview with them.

Applied online then heard back within about a week. Went through the first interview online (Teams/Zoom). I didn't hear back for a week, I sent a follow up email and left a voice message via phone and never heard back, I pretty much got completely ghosted.
