Applied through TD website. They emailed me to schedule a phone interview which was the next day in the morning and wanted me to complete an online assessment and online simulator before the interview the next morning. The phone interview was approximately 20 minutes long. Then they scheduled me for a group interview which was a week later. The group interview included 12 other perspectives, and we were being interviewed by 3 TD managers.

I was selected for a skills based test, then I was called for a telephone interview first , then physical interview consisting of a panel of managers. Interview was about 45 minutes long.

Customer-focused with behavioural questions nothing technical or difficult just be confident and show interest. I am still not at 30 words I am just trying to fill in as much as I can now as there is not much more for me to add to this

Tell me a time you had to balance two tasks at the same time?
It takes several steps. First, there was a simulation and a personality test. Then, you received a phone call interview which last about 30mins. After that, there was a video interview with managers. Most of the questions are behaviour questions.
