Internal application leads to hiring manager's interview. Then one on one in person interview with the VP. Questions are as expected such as: How does your experience relate to this role? How many direct reports do you have? How many years have you had the credit risk experiences. Why do you pursue this role? The VP also explained the expectations of the role, number of team members in the team, the various departments this role will interact with, and the challenges the role faces...etc.

How does your experience relate to this role? How many direct reports do you have? How many years have you had the credit risk experiences. Why do you pursue this role?
The interview was very informal and consisted of a 45-minute conversation. The interviewer did not prepare any questions in advance. As a result, the interview felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because TD is such a large organization, this experience will vary from hiring manager to hiring manager.

It was okay. Typical questions. Experience. Etc. all behavior. HR screen. Hiring manager. One up manager. Poor communication didn’t find out for week. I think they are hiring a lot of
People seems like people are overworked. Just my perception.
